- All payment code and interfaces used through the web portal have been consolidated into a single point of entry. Previously Classified Order Entry, Quick Order Entry and eBill all had their own way of handling payments.
- Significant improvements have been made to solve many of the caching issues that often occur after an upgrade.
Classified Order Entry (COE)
- Ads taken in Classified Order Entry can be re-opened and edited from with Classified Order Entry through the web portal.
- The order history within Classified Order Entry has been cleaned up and the display improved.
- There is a security option can that be set at the security group to force prepayment in Classified Order Entry.
- The approval screen was restyled - customer address information has been added for reference and ads can be approved at same time when the ad is approved. Ads no longer need to be approved in AdMAX as everything can be handled here.
- Upon entering Classified Order Entry from an external link a initial classified code can be passed through allowing the ad taking process to be started from the point as if the desired classification was already selected.
- Fixed problems with time zones that would cause problems with blocking dates on the scheduling calendar.
Quick Order Entry (QOE)
- Price can be overridden on a product level from Quick Order Entry. Price could always be overridden on the ad level, but now they can be broken down at the product level.
- Added support to accept promo codes within Quick Order Entry.
- Ad taker and salesperson now auto-populate in Quick Order Entry. This value will be set from the customer record if a default salesperson is configured.

- Fixed problems with time zones that would cause problems with blocking dates on the scheduling calendar.
SCS/Track (CAS)
- AI ad generation has been significantly improved. Previously only a bitmapped image was produced, now the system can produce a PDF with editable text. AI ad generation is also more driven by prompts, making its use more intuitive for users not versed in how to properly request such designs from AI.
- The Ad Submission fields, created as part of custom forms, now support field dependencies. For example, selecting a specific product could narrow the list of descriptive sizes to a narrower selection. Previously, fields in Ad Submission were 100% independent of eachother.
- Notes on the markup page would lose their new lines and formatting, so it just because one giant unformatted blob of text. The formatting should now be preserved.
- The duplicate ad feature in SCS/Track was not working. This feature allows ads to be duplicated within SCS/Track itself from the Ad Inquiry and Ad Info pages. This issue has been resolved.
- Viewing submissions and submission PDFs in Bootstrapped pages in SCS/Track was not working. This issue has been resolved.
- Viewing the Layout sheet icon from Ad Info and Ad Inquiry did not work even if there was a Layout sheet uploaded. This has been resolved so the icon action now works properly if there is a Layout sheet.
