Community Advertising Services (CAS)
- General UI cleanup across all browser based SCS applications.
eBillAdBoss (EBILL)
- Configuration is available at a site level to force customers making on-line payments through eBill to require them to apply their payments to a specific invoice.
Quick Order Entry (QOE)
- Ad versioning is fully supported in Quick Order Entry. Ad versioning allows various traits to be assigned to multiple versions. So an ad version could have a different page format, ad size and pickup information. Ads created in QOE in this fashion will be built in SCS/Track (CAS) as a separate creative. Versioning is also supported across prebuys.
- After entering an ad in QOE there is a link available that takes the user directly to the Ad Info page for that ad.
- During the ad entry process if a selected customer exceeds the tolerance allowed for their available credit the entry person will be flagged with that information on-screen. The user may still continue with the process but they have been warned.
- The customer name appears in the ad list when searching for ads. Clicking on the customer name in the list provides customer information.
- All date inputs have a button to open the calendar, some date inputs didn't have a calendar option and were handled inconsistently.
Classified Order Entry (COE)
- COE approval page has been cleaned up and general UI improved.
- Added a salesperson and customer type to duplicate customer search table in COE.
- Fixed a fault when approving an external customer - the approval process would always throw an error even if the action was successful.
SCS/Track
- If a deadline was configured with a specific last day option (last Wednesday) any changes to the configuration after that would not properly update.
- Changes to gang members are now logged on the member instead of the parent ad.
- Cleanup several issues with the Artwork Manger.
