Community Advertising Services (CAS)
- Fixed a bug when creating a user in CAS, where the customer account number could not be added to a CAS user unless site codes were enabled.
- Fixed an issue where users could not set their security questions if the site had more than one (1) security question enabled.
eTearAdBoss (ETAB)
- Improved sorting in eTearAdBoss.
Classified Order Entry (COE) - Obits Portal / Legals Portal / Web Portal
- The WYSIWYG editor is now available in COE. This can be used for entering Legals and allows custom markup through the classified ad, including the addition of tables and in-line images.
- PDF files and word docs can be uploaded for Legals and the formatting they contain is brought into the WYSIWYG editor. This provides an easy way to import source documents for Legal ads instead of having the need to copy and paste the ad.
- The ability to upload a funeral home logo can now be controlled on the security group, making it easier to open COE up to more external parties.
- The depth check, emblems and several other settings for taking an ad in COE has been moved to a setting on the prebuy instead of being set globally.
- The order history screen now shows the class description in addition to the class code.
- Fixed a bug where COE could not save the ad if the price override was used to set the price to zero.
Quick Order Entry (QOE)
- Google Ad Manager ads can be entered in QOE.
- Improved the scheduling functionality for products that run weekly, such as allowing a user to easily schedule alternating weeks.
- The initial ad search table is the same table used for the regular search, it just defaults to today's ads instead of having two separate tables.
- Layout notes can be entered in QOE and carry through to Legacy AdMAX.
- The customer template section in QOE can be turned on or off through a security setting.
- The country code is defaulted to the USA, while it can be changed, it eliminates the need to enter the extra field.
- The credit code is honored on the new customer template when creating a new customer through QOE.
- Price breakdowns are shown correctly if manual price overrides are added.
- Fixed a bug that prevented editing ads from working properly in QOE when editing multiple ad orders.
SCS/Track
- Locking is now supported while doing internal markup on an ad. Previously, only ads sent out to proof to an external customer (or external user) would be locked when proofing. Now there is an option to provide the lock of an ad when the ad is being marked using the Design Markup option.
- Additional cleanup and improvement of handling Gang Ads and configuring gang ad relationships.
- Fixed a bug in SCS/Track where the number of frames for an animated GIF would show up as four asterisks. This was likely due to a bug in ImageMagick.
