Community Advertising Services (CAS)

• The Create Account Screen in CAS has been improved for better compatibility and ease of use on current browsers and modern tablets and phones.

Classified Order Entry (COE)

• The Classified Order Entry ad approval process has been improved for better compatibility and ease of use on current browsers and modern tablets and phones.
• Classified Order Entry access can now be controlled at the user level. Previously COE was turned on or off for the site only.
• Classified Order Entry honors AdMAX configured deadlines. AdMAX deadlines cannot be overridden. However, earlier deadlines can still be configured and overridden directly within the web interface.

Quick Order Entry (QOE)

• Ad Taker can now be entered as part of Quick Order Entry.
• The date selector in QOE now supports range based and multiple date selection.
• Color and image description can now be entered at the version level of an ad during QOE ad entry.
• Quick Order Entry honors AdMAX configured deadlines. AdMAX deadlines cannot be overridden.

ReserveAdBoss (RAB)

• ReserveAdBoss is a tool allowing salespeople to manage and sell available inventory across pages and various products, utilizing scarcity to motivate advertisers to buy. While this product has been available from SCS for years, it has recently undergone a facelift using Bootstrap making it much easier to use across multiple platforms: from mobile devices, tables and traditional laptops.

• ReserveAdBoss is now more seamlessly integrated with Quick Order Entry. During the ad entry process as part for Quick Order Entry positions available in RAB can be selected and reserved directly from QOE. As part of that selection process the size will be automatically filled in within QOE as the block size information will be known already from RAB.
• ReserveAdBoss has improved support for selection of multiple reservations. It is possible now to select multiple blocks to reserve and enter everything about those reservations to hold the position in on form, instead of having to re-enter the same information for each item. This can span across publications, run dates and multiple positions.

SCS/Track (CAS)

• The Ad Submission and Ad Creation screens in SCS/Track (CAS) have been improved for better compatibility and ease of use on current browsers and modern tablets and phones.
• SCS/Track (CAS) now has can now integrate with Google Gemini to create AI generated ads. Enter a description of the desired ad and get the output directly back into SCS/Track.
