Community Advertising Services (CAS)
- Opt in policy for 2FA will appear to the user the first time they are connecting using 2FA. In older versions they would only be able to opt in if they were already logged in, which obviously would cause a problem for users setting up 2FA for the first time.
- Sorting works properly in the user maintenance area in CAS. Previously only entries on an individual page would sort, now the entire table sorts.
eTearAdBoss (ETAB)
- Cleaned up and general improvements to the eTearAdBoss UI.
- Support for classified ad images has been added.
Classified Order Entry (COE) - Obits Portal / Web Portal
- Updated the cancel ad functionality for COE to dump session storage from the confirmation dialog, thereby cleaning out the current ad and starting again.
- Fixed a bug in the classified order entry web portal that would cause bogus advertiser accounts to get generated when taking ads through the COE process. Now all real new customers
- Cleaned up and improved style descriptions in the prebuy maintenance.
- Prebuy filters by state are now sorted alphabetically.
- Fixed an issue where all prices coming in from the web portal were being treated as overrides.
Quick Order Entry (QOE)
- All of the Google Ad Manager support that has been already added to the legacy AdMAX version is now available through the Quick Order Entry web portal. See previous release notes for details on GAM support.
SCS/Track
- The image status in the Ad Inquiry table now matches the image status presented on the Ad Info page, underneath the image preview. Previously there were differences in the way these were calculated so sometimes an image error would appear in one area and not the other. Now they present consistently.
- Gang ads have been enhanced in SCS/Track (CAS) to allow assignment to different parent shells. In older versions only a single ad could be assigned as the parent shell for a given ad. A bug was also fixed with gang ads that would cause an ad to lose its member status if it received an update from order entry. Overall the UI for gang ads has been improved as well.
- Ads being exported to a external system, like DesignIQ for example, now support proper sizing options in the output files that can be fed to that system from SCS/Track (CAS). Digital ads can be sent as pixels x pixels and regular ads sent as inches x inches. In older versions, all ads were sent as inches x inches.
- The extra run dates fields on the Ad Submit page has been cleaned up. The dates selected are preserved when going back into the calendar and fields that are in the past are disabled.
