SCS/Track

• The CSV mapping utility that is part of the XML interface into SCS/Track, allowing the ability to set certain SCS/Track fields based off values of other fields in the XML, now supports matching multiple fields on input to a single field on output. Previously, the mapping was only one to one.

• A proof option can be set on a station in SCS/Track. If an ad is routed to that station, that ad will be sent out to proof. This was already supported for email and exports.

• A new option has been added to the Output Files table - Keep on Checkin. Any files identified in the output files table with that flag set will not be deleted even if they do not show up in the FilesUsed file.

• Fixed a bug on the security groups page that prevented the Update/Cancel button from appearing in certain cases.

• Fixed a bug that prevented a proof with an email from being sent out of SCS/Track. This issue was introduced in 4.9.0 with the output files deployment.

• Originally changing the product on an ad kind did not change the page type because the page type was set on the alt ad record. A run date and product can be set on ad kinds in the latest version, therefore this method no longer works as expected. Now the page type from the product is always used first, while the value from the alt ad record is only used if no other valid page type can be determined.

• Output methods have been moved into their own table instead of being saved directly to the product. This means that multiple output methods may be declared for a specific product. This enhancement only applies to use of an XAT Mac, currently only in use at Times-Shamrock (Scranton, PA).

• Thumbnails for ads in Ad Inquiry do not display properly after an upgrade to version 4.9.0 of SCS/Track (CAS) as a result of the output files changes. This issue has been resolved.
