• Several enhancements have been made to the deadline override utility. An override cannot be saved if it already has an override with the same product and run date. Additionally only products without a deadline override for a run date will be available to select. An override can now be applied to multiple products at once. All deadline overrides are handled in a batch process when leaving the deadline override utility instead of running in the crontab. Filtering and searching have also been added.

• Added a new option to overwrite existing ads on a pickup. The source table has a new flag called Overwrite on Pickup. If that option is set and the source triggers a pickup, a pickup will be performed on the ad regardless of its state, then the normal path for a pickup on that source will be followed. Ads processed in this fashion will be pulled out of a proof state and checked back in. If the ad is checked out by a user when this happens they will receive a notification in the AdLauncher indicating that the ad has been overwritten. These changes were requested by Newsday (Melville, NY).

• Added three new options to Ad Inquiry Settings: AdLauncher - Preflight on Route, AdLauncher - Preflight on Proof and AdLauncher - Preflight on Final. If an ad is checked out in the AdLauncher and preflighting is configured and applies to that ad, doing a route, final or proof will check the ad back in and send it through preflight before it applies the selected action. Now the corresponding setting must be selected for the preflight to be applied before the action, otherwise the action is always executed without the preflight. These changes were requested by Newsday (Melville, NY).

• There is now a mutable option on the Design Status field in the custom forms. If this option is set the Design Status can be changed even if it already has a value associated with it. If it does not it can be set, but once it is done it cannot be changed. These changes were requested by Kapp Advertising (Lebanon, PA).

• If the Design Status is set to None on the Ad Info page, which does require permissions for the user to be able to edit the Design Status, any deadlines with a Design Status trigger will be cleared. This changes were requested by Times-Shamrock (Scranton, PA).

• The number of revisions column has been added to the Ad Inquiry table. The column is a number that supports filtering and sorting.

• The checked out column has been added to the Ad Inquiry table. The column is a check mark (Boolean) that supports filtering and sorting. It indicates if an ad is currently checked out.

•  The number of pages column in Ad Inquiry now supports sorting and filtering.

• Added support to create a copy of an existing security group.

• A site column has been added to the users table in user maintenance. This will be populated with the site the given user is assigned to if sites are being used. These changes were requested by Times-Shamrock (Scranton, PA).

• The number of results now appears in the table header when running reports.

• The number of results now appears in the table header when doing database maintenance.

• An option has been added to the delivery method table to indicate a delivery method is a form of remote delivery. A new check mark column named remote has been added to the Ad Inquiry table. If an ad has ever been processed by one of these delivery methods with the remote option selected, a check mark will appear in the column for that ad.

• The publication/editions table in Ad Inquiry will be filtered based off the users site. Previously site-advertisers were not even able to see the list of products.

• The order id, advertiser name and size have been added to the Ad Info page above the tabs. This makes it easy for a user to know which order they are viewing when changing tabs.

• Added tag substitution support for submission tags. Submission fields are tagged with %SF_<NAME>% where <NAME> is the field name in the submission page.

• Resolved an issue preventing advertisers from doing submissions.

• Fixed an issue in Ad Inquiry preventing filters from working on check mark (Boolean) columns.

• Fixed a bug that would cause a users SCS/Track (CAS) session to crash during an ad submission if any of the files submitted through Ad Submit included a # sign in the file name.

• Fixed a bug when using the general search field in Ad Inquiry that would cause the search to fail if the word AND or OR were included in the value being searched upon.
