SCS/Track™ 4.3.3-0
SCS/Track
-
Display priority is supported on the product level. This priority determines the order the products will appear in the Ad Inquiry mouse over of products, if more than one runs on a specific day. In addition the next run, last run and first run products displayed on the Ad Info page will honor this sort. Previously these would simply appear in whatever order they were stored in the database, which could have been anything.
-
There is an Ignore for Sizing option on the product. If this option is set and there is more than one product for a given run that is used to determine how an ad should be sized, those products are ignored for this purpose.
-
Fixed a bug that would prevent the table preferences from saving properly between grid and list view. Previously SCS/Track (CAS) was enhanced so that a user could save different table settings between both views - but there was something wrong that still saved the settings once - so whichever view you changed and saved your setting in last, would propagate to both the grid and list view. This would also manifest strange behavior like being unable to move certain fields to the left in the Ad Inquiry list view.
-
Extended the classified code in SCS/Track (CAS) to 8 characters from the previous length of 4. The classified code can now be added to the Ad Inquiry table for sorting and filtering.
-
Extended the length of the page group numeric identifier in SCS/Track (CAS). The SCS XML supported numbers up to 5 digits but due to an oversight the import would fail if the group number was more than 3 digits.
-
Fixed an issue with the interface tool that would not bring over the bill/dummy or both flag when converting a TRANS format file to an SCS XML format. The size was also not being passed between a converted TRANS to XML either and has likewise been resolved.
-
The AdSafe (Star) interface for Newsday now reads in the classified code and sets an order type of classified or retail based off the star section and publication.
