Classified Order Entry 4.3.0-0
SCS/Track™ 4.3.0-0
SCS/Track
-
A HTTP messaging service has been added to SCS/Track. This service can send messages as part of the send to or remove from pagination or as part of the order entry change actions.
-
If the first run, next run or last run products have more than one product available for the given date, those fields now appear as a mouse-over in the Ad Inquiry table. Doing a mouse-over of that field shows the list of all products running on that date.
-
The fields to be displayed in Ad Inquiry are now saved as Grid View or List View, so what is displayed can be different for each view.
-
Added a source option to the available order entry change actions.
-
Custom fields can now be added to the Ad Submission table.
- The preflight capabilities support the ability to await the return of multiple files even if only one file is sent out. The number of files expected can be set on the preflight record and the requirement is that all files must have the exactly same filename except for the extension.
-
The source is displayed as the descriptive name instead of the source id in both the Ad Inquiry list and on the Ad Info page.
-
Added the ability to create ad submissions as users with a new account, not assigned as an advertiser. Administrators have the ability to approve and assign these users and their submissions from the new submission approval page. Additionally email can be sent for the following reasons: when a user with pending submissions is deleted, created for the first time with their first submissions or approved/linked to an advertiser account.
-
Fixed a bug where deadlines were not getting calculated correctly because of the improper use by JavaScript of UTC time. This issue was reported by the Standard-Examiner (Ogden, UT).
-
Fixed a bug with the disaster recovery test to prevent SCS/Track nightly processes from running on a disaster recovery node. This issue was discovered at Times-Shamrock (Scranton, PA).
-
Resolved a problem where GIF files during markup would not have properly generated frames when viewing revisions on the HTML revisions document. This issue was reported by Times-Shamrock (Scranton, PA).
