Classified Order Entry On-line (COE)

• Added options to include the logo or photo as part of the billable depth. Now they can be excluded from billable depth and a flat cost can be added for logos or photos.
• When creating a new customer in the COE web portal a customer template can be assigned to the new customer, allowing multiple templates to be configured now instead of the one default template.
