Classified Order Entry On-line (COE)

• Added an option to manually override the price of ads taken through COE by a salesperson or an administrator.
• Fixed a bug where minor classifications would not always appear correctly for selection if they were nested under a major classification.
• Image cropping can be toggled on and off. Sites that may be preprocessing of Obits may not have the need to crop the photos as they will already be the correct size.

• Added the Classified Code to the EIO form header options.
