SCS/Track.

The markup boxes in ad proofing have been improved. Boxes can be resized from any border and proofing is functional on touch devices.
Searching on ad kinds and stations from Ad Inquiry work even if there are spaces in their identifiers.
Fixed a bug that caused an ad when sent out to proof to remain in the proof state even if proofing was canceled.

Resolved several issues preventing ad files from getting purged when their associated ad data was purged.

Classified Order Entry.

Removed the logo settings from classified order entry – logos are now always centered at the top of the ad.
