SCS/Track.

• Image size has been limited when viewing all files from Ad Info or Ad Inquiry to ensure that it always fits on the users screen.

• Many reports were optimized, reducing the time it takes to run reports from SCS/Track.

• Resolved a problem that prevented files from being downloaded in certain instances from the Ad Info files tab if the page of the table was changed.

• Fixed a bug viewing PDFs when following the link in an email from SCS/Track as a guest – as a result of permission settings, the PDF could not be accessed in this fashion as in previous versions.

• Fixed an issue that would cause HTML formatted email to get mangled in certain email clients when being sent from SCS/Track. Most notably, links provided in the email to view the PDF or to proof the ad would not function or would lead to a page with errors.

• Fixed an issue with the ad import and interface import in SCS/Track. In previous versions these processes would not write information into the correct log files or they would stop unexpectedly.

• Fixed a bug where ad notes would not get updated into SCS/Track if an ad was coming into the system for the first time via the TRANS interface.

• Fixed a problem that would cause an ad to be removed from a proof state if any files were uploaded as part of the proofing process. This behavior would prevent proof changes from being submitted if files were uploaded.

• Security answers did not always get properly encoded, preventing a user from restoring a forgotten password using their security questions.

• Ads and blocks can now be defined as double truck, so those ads can be correctly dummied in Layout-8000.
