Community Advertising Services™ 3.3.2-0
SCS/Track™ 3.3.2-0
SCS/Track.
-
Ad notes are now managed through a separate tab on the Ad Info page allowing individual notes to be created instead of everything being stored as one single note field.
-
General comments entered during the mark-up process are stored here as a note of type Proof.
-
Notes sent from order entry are accessible here as a note of type Order Entry.
-
Notes entered during the ad submit process are added here as a Submission type note.
-
General notes entered in SCS/Track are identified with that note type.
-
All notes can be viewed but only SCS/Track notes can be edited.
-
Notes are accessible from Ad Inquiry (by clicking on the notes icon or the green check-mark indicating notes are available), from the Ad Info page (by clicking on the notes icon) or directly from the Notes tab in Ad Info.
-
All notes appear in the Notes tab, but only SCS/Track, Order Entry and Submission notes appear in all other menus.
-
Table column headers in Ad Inquiry now support a right click which brings up a menu allowing the user to sort or filter the selected column. Other actions may be available on a right click for certain columns. The “Proof Status” and “Ad Status” columns support additional functionality from a right click described below.
-
The “Proof Status Text” and “Ad Status Text” are no longer separate columns in Ad Inquiry. There is one “Ad Status” and one “Proof Status” column. These fields can be toggled between icon view, text view or combo view.
-
The proof information now uses the “contact_name” element from the SCS XML interface. Previously it used the “name” element which was the same as the advertiser name. If the “contact_name” element is blank the “name” element is still used.
-
File name matching is supported as part of the pagination process. Matching can be done using regular expressions and standard CAS tag substitution.
-
Several improvements were made to the import process. Imports can be set as enabled or disabled, allowing them to be setup without turning on the monitoring of those folders right away. An additional route key for import failures was added to the configuration, allowing ads to be routed to an alternate location on a failure. The ORIG_FILENAME tag is supported as part of the output file name, which means the file can be imported into SCS/Track with the name it had when the import process picked it up.
-
Fixed a bug with filtering on the size column in Ad Inquiry if the filter values given for height or width had a decimal part.
-
Fixed a bug with a redirect issue. The redirect for viewing components from an email would not put the file name in the URL, therefore users who tried to download the image would end up downloading a file called “spice.pl”. The file name is now placed correctly in the URL after a redirect.
-
Fixed an uninitialized variable error for CATEGORY in the TRANS interface which may have been causing alters to be reported incorrectly on electronic insertion orders.
