An ad file import tool is now available. This replaces the outdated “get_ad” program. The imports can be configured from the “Imports” table from SCS/Track (CAS) table maintenance. The process recovers ads from a specified location given a naming convention. The file is placed in current ads under the ad number which it matches. Email can be sent and the job can be routed after the import completes. These operations are logged as an import. The import service uses a more effective process to monitor the input folders for new files, handling files as they are created instead of running only once every minute.
-
Links in the HTML editor used for customizing email can now be changed once configured. Previously changing them would require them to be deleted and added.
-
The ad flyover from the Ad Inquiry shows the salesperson name instead of their id.
-
The ad description and salesperson can now be saved as part of the ad submission process if those values are not already set.
-
The log and index files written during the expire process now contain the order id instead of only the internal system id.
-
Fixed an issue where double quotes used in submission notes would not get escaped properly, causing the PDF ticket to fail to be generated for that particular ad.
-
Fixed a bug that would cause problems viewing your ad list in Ad Inquiry if a site had more than twenty-five (25) filters defined.

The station field in the element details is now the assigned to field. It shows the user, group or station to which that ad is currently assigned.
ReserveAdBoss (RAB).

An information icon is now available above all reserve pages. Doing a mouse-over of this icon provides basic information about maximum ads per page, available ad area and reserve news-hole. Area is currently displayed in square inches.
