SCS/Track - New Features.

Added a new standard report for ad production for alternate ad kinds based off an an ad's creation date.
The KILL_RUNS_OPT can now be set as part of the "start_trans.opt" file and if set will be passed through to the "sub_trans" script. Valid arguments are "--kill-runs" or "--kill-future-runs".
More complete logging has been added to the "webmaint" process that automatically sends ads to FINAL that are out to proof if past deadline and handles deadline updates.
Submissions are logged as a new log type if a submission is done for an ad with no materials or layout sheet uploaded.

SCS/Track - Bug Fixes.

When viewing ads in the files tab, if a file in the ad folder did not have a file extension, it would cause the files tab to error.
Limited "webmaint" to only automatically route and ad if it is currently in a proof state, previously it would always be routed automatically if it was past deadline and had ever been out to proof.

Quick Order Entry - New Features.

Whenever doing a search in Quick Order Entry your last search used, by phone, account number or advertiser name, is the search it will default to while you are in the same session.

Quick Order Entry - Bug Fixes.

Dates that are past deadline are removed from an ad when doing a pickup. In older versions all dates would be copied from the old ad, even those past deadline.
Styling for disabled button has been removed from the painless template, this would cause buttons to appear enabled in Quick Order Entry, even though they were disabled when using the painless style provided by SCS.
The "Calculate Price" button is now properly enabled/disabled when the value of the pickup order number/ad number type changes or the price override amount or reason is changed.
If using order numbers in AdMAX, the option to set the order number or ad number as the pickup source is available to the user through Quick Order Entry. In older versions this would cause issues with automated pickups for sites using order ids.
All traits are now loaded properly on an ad, this includes group request, section request and ReserveAdBoss block or page request.
Fixed an issue where a user could modify certain traits of an ad in Quick Order Entry even after the ad has begun running. This has been fixed in this version of Quick Order Entry, but requires version 10.72 of AdMAX.
