AdMAX Parameters
- Added an option to control how the ad taker field is set. Normally the ad taker is always set after the salesperson for the ad is set. The new options are:
- Always set the ad taker after the sales person changes. (Default and current behavior)
- Only set the ad taker after the sales person changes if the ad taker is not already set.
- Never set the ad taker after changing the sales person.
AdMAX XML Interface
- Fixed an issue where the heightUOM was not output correctly.
ASK Export
- All pending ads are now sent. Previously it only sent 90 days in the future.
- Added an option of whether to include inactive accounts (the default is true).
- You can now use specify the type of accounts to include in the export. The options are:
- All (Default)
- On Account
- Transient
Braintree Interface
- Fixed an issue where rekeying in the same card number with a different expiration date would fail because of a duplicate card. It now correctly updates the existing card.
Custom Ad List Report
- Fixed an issue with saving existing criteria where items that were unchecked were not removed.
Custom Sales Report
- Added a new field, Ad Makeup Notes.
- Fixed an issue where preprint quantity would not display in the report.
- Fixed an issue where killed ads could incorrectly be included in the report.
Form Conversion to PDF
- Fixed an issue where forms had larger than expected margins.
Order Entry
- Setting a descriptive size now also sets the the double truck, gutter and bleed flags for an ad based on what is set on the descriptive size.
- Unused transaction ad attributes are now cleaned up. These would cause problems when duplicating an ad because the attributes would initially appear as checked and the user would have to uncheck/recheck to apply it.
- Fixed some issues with editing pending prepayments in order entry.
Rate Setup
- Fixed and issue where sometimes you could not see the secondary search.
Zoho Export
- There is now a generic Zoho export. It includes revenue, customers (including aging information) and sales reps.
