Includes release notes for version 11.01
AdMAX 11.01 (Dec 7, 2015)
Ad Production Report
Added Total Adjusted Cost to the list of fields that can be selected. The Total Adjusted Cost includes any adjustments made by the accounting department.
Aging with Charges
You can now set up a field map that allows you to change the column heading for the special charge and special discount columns.
To create the fieldmap rule, enter the following information:
- Field Name: AGINGCOLHDR
- Field Description: Aging Column Headers
- Field Type: Alpha
- Field Length: 14
- Can have Duplicates: Yes
Then add an entry for each header that you want to replace. The Other System Value is the default header (SP. CH or SP. DSC) and the AdMAX value is what you want to display on the report.
Custom Ad List Report
Added Total Adjusted Cost to the list of available fields. This cost calculation will include any adjustments made by the accounting department outside of order entry.
Customer List Report
Modified the report to include the extra fields when exporting to a file or spreadsheet.
Dink Position Maintenance
Added an empty message so that the maintenance screen could be used to create a dink position if no positions already exist.
Order Entry
Fixed issue where the currently selected dink position was not displayed when selecting DINK POSITION under the AD pull down menu.
Payment Reconcillation Report
Added a check box to Include Credit Adjustments. When this is checked, A/R adjustments that credit the advertiser's account will be displayed on the report.
Added a check box to Include Refunds. When checked, A/R adjustments that reverse (fully or partially) a previous payment will be displayed on the report. Refunds appear as negative numbers in the section based on the payment being adjustmented. (ie a refund for a check will appear in the section for checks.)
Quick Order Entry Interface
Now supports passing the primary contact name and primary email address of the customer.
Text to PDF Conversion
Created a CopyFile printer command that will allow a user to convert a text file to a pdf file.
The print command would be
- $TOOLS/spice $ABS_XFM/copyfile TextToPDF %F /u/exports Y
That will display a window with a default destination file that the user could change.
