Ad Queue Report

The ad queue report was looking at deleted extra charges.

Order Entry

Fixed the way the order number or ad number would get filled in based off what was entered in Quick Order Entry. If sending the order number instead of the ad number it would not save the information of correctly in AdMAX causing automated pickups to SCS/Track to fail.

Changing text for TEXT COMPOSITION to REFRESH CLASSIFIED PREVIEW WINDOW. The functionality remains the same.  This is the command associated with the <F6> key.

Modified the Quick Order Entry interface so that changes to a posted ad will send revenue adjustments to the open order entry rerating batch.

Modified the Quick Order Entry import interface to maintain the original units of measures when editing an ad that has an page format override on one of the ad categories.

Insertion Order Form (IOForm)

Fixed an issue with the delimiter for receipts (IO forms). If any of the notes passed around through the notes table had a tab followed by the letter A (or any other valid notes identifier), the note could be accidently treated like a different type of note/message.

Fixed a bug with trying to print receipts before the ad is saved. It could accidentally find records in an accounting batch that had no ad number associated with them.
