HTML Forms

• Filter out extra name records correctly based on number of forms.
• Fixed issue with using extra names.
• Added support for up to 4 aging periods.

Order Entry

• Removed unused versions after deleting a product.
• Defer creating a version until after an ad category is chosen. This prevents unnecessary versions from being created.
• Fixed issues with changing an ad category if the previous ad category had a page format override.
• Cleaned up version picklist window to make all columns fit.
• Do not autofill a description when creating a new version.

Zoho Export

• New fields ClassCode and ClassCodeDesc.
• New fields CustomerType and CustomerTypeDesc.
• Exclude dummy only insertions.
