AdMAX 11.09 (May 8, 2017)
Custom Sales Report
Fixed a problem that would result in a field being overwritten after deleting a column (other than the very last one) from the totals report, and then adding a new column.
Discrepancy Processing
Added the option to look for outext files created by SCS/Claspag named with the following format.
"$ABS_NCLA/COUT"\ // PaperEditionDay // "_"\ // EXTRACT(RunDate, 5, 4) // EXTRACT(RunDate, 3, 2)
For example, the outext created by the 04/25/17 edition of paper 01, edition 03 would be: $ABS_NCLA/COUT_01023_042517.
The day value of PaperEditionDay is the DayOfWeek value plus one.
Sunday is 1, Monday is 2...
Order Entry
Fixed a problem that prevented the user from changing the ad category on an ad with a single product if the new ad category didn't use the same order entry units of measures as the original ad category. The ad category can now reset the order entry unit of measure if it is the only ad category on the ad.
When entering an abbreviated country code (ie US for USA), the full country code will be auto-filled in.
Added Section and Group to the Ad Category Auto Fill options available from the pricing menu option.
Pricing
Created two new pricing fields: Contract Pricing Level Alpha and Contract Pricing Level Numeric. The Contract Pricing Level option was removed.
Any rates that used the Contract Pricing Level field and had a rate that consisted of all numeric pricing levels was switched to Contract Pricing Level Numeric.
If the rate used the Contract Pricing Level field and had a rate that contained a word in the pricing level (ie Gold, Silve, Bronze) then the rate was changed to use Contract Pricing Level Alpha.
This change will allow us to put in numeric ranges when setting up rates instead of having to put in individual contract pricing levels.
Rate Maintenance
Fixed a problem that could cause AdMAX to abort when duplicating an existing rate, removing a row, then adding new rows back into the rate.
