- Added support for SCS Extended Product XML Dummied Geometry files, containing longer item IDs, bleed, etc.
- Added “P” “=” Subdiscrepancy, which means “Item may have been paginated with a different ID.” Most notably, this helps prevent double billing. When PCAB shows a “P” Discrepancy, but the paper checker manually finds what appears to be that ad in the paper, the paper checker usually immediately assumes that PCAB is in error, and hence makes no billing adjustments, whereas in actuality, sometimes the same ad is, for whatever reason, mistakenly ordered twice, but runs only once, with a different ID.
- Added “>” Discrepancy, which means “Item was paginated multiple times.” Most notably, this explains cases where Product Info “Liners” numbers don't match up because a few liners were intentionally repeated in a classification like “New Today.”
- Added Item Info > Parent > View Parent and View Parent Text buttons, making manual verification of children within parents much easier.
- Added Item Info > Class > View Classification button, making manual verification of missing liners much easier.
- Added “Class” and “Class Desc” Additional Fields to All Items list and reports, making it easier (by sorting on these columns) to see all ads within a classification.
- Changed View Any Page > Group/Block to Block/Group, with Block having priority over Group, as blocks more specifically convey a product’s design.
- Added View Any Page > Classes column, which might show, for example: 100-280, 280-520, and 530-750.
- Added View Any Page > dummied number of colors column. Say an ad was ordered black-and-white, but made up color, and hence PCAB shows a “C” Discrepancy for it. If the ad runs on a page that was dummied black-and-white, it is then fairly likely that the pressroom wouldn't run that page's color plates, and so the ad still runs black-and-white in the printed newspaper, and hence no billing adjustment is necessary after all.
- Added warning if all major (red) Discrepancies have not been explained with Notes when exiting a product.
- Clarified error message viewing a classified page that was not dummied.
