- Added Preferences > Reports > “Advertising Percentage” checkbox, to show advertising percentage on reports, with calculations that postmasters hopefully should be able to understand. Example:
1402.752 as retail advertising columns = 1113.837, - 45 excluded area = 1068.837 paginated area;
6 retail advertising columns * 20.8" content height = 124.8 page area, * 28 pages (all zones) = 3494.4 total area;
1068.837 paginated area / 3494.4 total area = 30.587% advertising
- Added more advertising percentage info to Product Info dialog.
- Added Preferences > Discrepancies > Other > “C (Obits)” and “C (Liners/Legals)” checkboxes, to disable color Discrepancies just for obits and liners/legals, as unlike display ads where color is typically an added charge, color is often built into the base rate for obits, and into a logo charge for liners/legals.
- Added “Category” Ad Manifest Exclude, mostly to exclude AdMAX digital ads.
- Added “Product Info” > Dummied Geometry Sent By and Sent At fields, and “View Any Page” > Paginated Geometry Sent By and Sent At columns, to help investigate various Discrepancies. For example, if an ad has “DP” Discrepancies, the paper checker might want to compare its order entry time (as shown in AdMAX‘s “Audit Trails,” for example) to the Dummied Geometry Sent At time—maybe the ad was ordered after deadline, maybe the Layout user dummied before deadline, or maybe the Layout user simply forgot to dummy it?
- Added support for Retail Paginated Geometry files where the number of columns is a multiple of the number of order entry columns.
- Added Classified Page Images Directory preference, mostly for cases where Scoop PageTrack‘s Page Images will be blank for full classified pages, because they are not touched in PageTrack, and are output directly from ClassPag instead.
- Removed Active Directory domain from users like “user@domain,” just like PCAB has always done—for conciseness—from users like “DOMAIN\user.”
- Added support for points units.
- Added “%g” Page Number Placeholder.
- Added “View Any Page” > “View All Pages” and “View PGLs” Commands.
- Moved “View Paginated Geometry” Command from “All Items” list to “View Any Page” list, so that “page” Paginated Geometry files can be viewed.
- Added Publication > FNCs instructions and example.
- Removed Translations, in favor of more straightforward Publication > FNCs.
