Version 9.34

* ClassPag now writes the book name in outext page records in card 1,
columns 21-30 (1-based). This improves compatibility with Layout.

* The "Outext Export" screen of the product configuration has a new field
"Page record req colors" to control the source of the color information
on card 2 columns 45-57 (1-based) of outext page records.
The default value of "N" writes the color of the placed ads.
The value of "Y" writes the requested color (entered by clicking on the
"Modify color" tool bar button or by F12 -> Pages -> Modify the color").

* Included Bob's fix to the NWK interface.
