- Added date and server information to bottom of main screen.
- Centered "Pagination Interface" windows when running in "wide" mode.
- Added "KILL_FIRST" option to the opts file.
- When specified "yes", ads will be killed, and then the new run schedule will take effect.
- Blocks with variables in their template name, description, or vendor id will now update when moved from one page to another.
- Centered a few other windows when running in "wide" mode.
- Fixed issue in "Sections/Groups/Zones" area where lists were only accessible through right click.
