Layout v16.4.7 – Support resources

Paper and Edition names in the Press Run Report should no longer be cut off after 12 characters
Added a way to do group requests for an ad on a per run basis
Added a way to bypass translating an SCS XML file into a trans file to avoid limitations on the latter. (Needs more through testing)
New buttons on the Design & Dummy toolbar. Shortcuts for 'Save as Template' and 'Open Editorial Blocks'
A CAS username field was added to user preferences. This is used to access layout from the web. (May be removed in the future as I think it is probably better they just use their layout login name)
Bug fix to the ILP page color selector. Color names no longer need to be in upper case.
Default action for when user is asked to nest groups is now 'No'
The ILP pages window should now refresh after sending to pagination. Required for when sending out to generate CCI Logical Page Names. Otherwise user must refresh the view some other way.
AdOrderEntry was changed to utilize better the required ordinals. Previously if an ad came in with an ordinal but no name, the name field would be blank which could be confusing. All the ordinals (from the ordinal tab of AOE) will now be used to populate the corresponding name field.
