• Optimizations to template loading. This includes a progress window in CNF to
  display the steps in template loading.
• Fixes to allow Standby AdBoss to deal correctly with standby ads received
  as individual insertions (that's how AdMAX sends them).
• Fix of a bug where CNF could not run ILP to place blocks.
• Fixed a bug in which the SCS Editor was used to show log text that includes
  Spanish characters. 
• Fixed a bug in which placing a new ad failed if done in the same ILP
  session as a previous page resize.
• Fixed a bug in the use of millimeters as the unit of measure. The code
  incorrectly divided measurements in millimeters by 10.

• Templates no longer require an item id to be given.
• You can now add a page to an empty group in ILP and added additional information to the
  group list that appears.
• "Ad Taker" replaced by "Entered By" in the final report.
• When entering ILP and prompted to rename items from a template with fields that do not
  match the template, unchecked items (to not rename them) will no longer appear the next time
  ILP is started unless they are changed again.
• The rename list mentioned above also correctly displays the differing field now instead of always
  showing the block id.

• Added new columns to placed_items in final report called section_page_num and abs_page_num
• Doing a product import now also properly imports custom fields data as well
• A new layout maintenance option was added to customize the ILP toolbar. Unused buttons
  may be hidden by default or for the specific user.
  This is accessed under Maintenance > System Maintenance > Customize Toolbar.

• The customize ILP toolbar screen can now be reached by any user by going to
  Preferences > Design & Dummy > Customize Toolbar. Changes made will show up
  upon restarting ILP.
• Removed unneeded messages when doing a send via SCP. The process will also no longer
  prompt the user to abort if errors are found and instead aborts automatically.
• The select a template window should now correctly display templates whose schedule matches
  the product you are creating. Additionally, the save as template dialog now correctly selects
  the schedule choice when overriding a previous template.
