Get Ads

• Improved error handling in the SCS XML trickle feed. In the error folder, if an "adverr" report is empty, it will be automatically deleted.

Design & Dummy area

• When someone tries to Create an ad that already exists but was killed, Layout-8000 detects and more gracefully handles that case. It informs the user that the ad was killed. It asks if they want to restore that ad. If they say yes, then Layout-8000 restores the ad. That may save time and confusion.
• If someone accidentally creates an ad when they meant to create a block, or vice versa, they can more easily recover from that mistake. They can kill the item and go back through the "Add Ad/Block" process. Layout-8000 will detect the killed item and the item type change, inform the user, and ask if they want to proceed. If they say yes, then Layout-8000 will create a brand new item, ignoring the mistake records.

• When ads have custom data, the following message no longer pops up. "uninitialized variable - lInsertionRec.ItemNumber".
