JSON product templates

• Improved error handling in two ways. When a page message refers to an invalid page, an error refers to that page (e.g. D-18), which helped us correct a product template. Other messages are applied to pages regardless of the previous error. Thus the process is more robust.

Send to Pagination

• When "Send to Pagination" is configured to "Create Merge File (BILLING)", a "merge" file is now created.
