Added a Remove Revision & Info Files option to the imports table. Previously the revisions and info files that are exported out of SCS/Track were always deleted when imported back into the system. Now whether or not they are deleted can be specified for each import location.
The KILLORDER XML file that specifies a kill with no additional ad information, now handles logging properly, as if a normal XML update was provided. This means the post-processing of these ads now works - routing, messaging, etc. based of the status change of the ad from order entry.
Modified the imports to only look at the ZIP file name to determine the associated ad or vendor id. As long as there is only a single top level directory after the unzip process it uses that as the main directory and does not try to match that against the order id.
Fixed a bug that prevented images from getting added to the ad catalog as a result of the move to output files - this bug was introduced in version 4.9.0.
